Le cycle de DÉCONTAMINATION PAR CHALEUR HUMIDE À 90°C de l'incubateur à CO₂ a été prouvé efficace pour désactiver les champignons habituellement résistants, les spores bactériennes et les cellules végétatives par la Health Protection Agency (HPA) au Royaume-Uni. La chambre est froide et sèche à la fin du cycle complet de décontamination de 15 heures. Aucun essuyage supplémentaire n'est nécessaire.
