Esco는 모든 생물안전작업대의 세척제로 70% 이소프로필 알코올 사용을 권장합니다. 표백제가 포함되어 있거나 염소 성분을 기반으로 한 세척제는 부식이나 변색을 일으킬 수 있으므로 피해야 합니다.
아니요. 생물안전작업대에서는 노출된 화염을 사용해서는 안 됩니다. 화염의 열은 기류 밀폐를 방해하며 휘발성 또는 가연성 물질을 함께 사용할 경우 위험할 수 있습니다.
대안으로 마이크로 버너, 마이크로 소각로 또는 전기 로를 사용할 수 있습니다. 절대적으로 필요하다고 판단되는 경우 분젠 버너는 화염을 가장 낮은 단계로 설정해서만 사용할 수 있습니다.
