Esco Bangladesh marked a significant milestone on August 14th, 2024 – its 10th anniversary. A journey that began with just two dedicated individuals has grown into a team of 20 passionate members, united by a shared vision and commitment to excellence. To commemorate this achievement, the Esco family gathered on February 16th, 2025, at the picturesque Sarah Resort in Gazipur. This event was not just about looking back at how far we’ve come but also about embracing the future with renewed enthusiasm and purpose.
Set amidst the serene surroundings of Sarah Resort, the event was organized to celebrate the friendship and connections within the team, creating an atmosphere that fostered positivity and joy. It was an opportunity for employees to take a break from their busy schedules, relax, and strengthen the bonds that make Esco Bangladesh a close-knit family.
The journey began early, with the team setting off at 8 AM, buzzing with excitement. Upon arriving at Sarah Resort around 10:30 AM, the day kicked off with a lively group photo, capturing the joy of the Esco family. This was followed by friendly matches of football and cricket, which set an energetic tone for the day. The spirit of teamwork and playful competition brought everyone together, showcasing the vibrant energy of the team.
After the sports activities, the team connected virtually with leadership through a special call with XQ, which reinforced the shared vision and inspired everyone to strive for greater achievements. A cake-cutting ceremony followed, marking the decade-long journey and celebrating the accomplishments of Esco Bangladesh.
The day continued with a series of team-building activities designed to enhance communication, problem-solving, and collaboration. The relay race sparked excitement as team members raced against each other, cheering enthusiastically. The tug of war brought out playful rivalry, testing both strength and strategy. This was followed by the team-passing hula hoop game, which challenged participants to work together seamlessly. Foosball added a fun twist, with teams showcasing their competitive spirit in a more relaxed setting.
To add a sense of adventure, the day also included thrilling activities like zip-lining and kayaking, which allowed team members to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the resort. These experiences provided a refreshing break and created memories that will be cherished for years to come.
