Esco Lifescience Taiwan conducts its first end-user seminar

TaPestle Rx organizes yet another rewarding end-user seminar on Innovative Technology in Pharmacy Compounding in coordination with Esco Lifescience Taiwan last September 29 at the GIS NTU Convention Centre. Topics covered in the morning were International Standards in Pharmacy Compounding, Engineering Controls and Isolation Technology, and Safe Handling of Hazardous Drugs explained by Ms. Ariana Anne Baluyot, RPh and Mr. Vladimir Guillermo, RPh, PharmD, TaPestle Rx Product Specialists. For the afternoon session, the event was joined by Mr. Richard Walker, the ARxium Authorized Representative in Asia, and talked about RIVA Automated Intravenous Compounding System. The participants - pharmacists from different hospitals in Taipei - actively shared their practices and were very eager to learn about the current guidelines together with this new technology.
