Driving Success: Recap of Esco Sales & Service Training 2023 in Latin America

Esco Lifesciences, in partnership with Lab Brands, S.A.S, held the Sales & Service Training 2023 in Bogota, Colombia last April 24-28, marking a triumphant comeback for Latin America partners. The event served as an immersive and dynamic training program aimed at equipping participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in sales and service. Over the course of five intensive days, attendees were immersed in a series of interactive workshops, engaging presentations, and practical exercises, all tailored to meet the unique challenges and opportunities of the Latin American market.

Esco Lifesciences’ seasoned professionals shared their insights and best practices, providing invaluable guidance on leveraging Esco's diverse range of products to address customer needs effectively.

The program also had hands-on sessions, allowing participants to gain practical experience with Esco's state-of-the-art equipment and technologies, featuring Labculture® G4 Class II Type A2 Biological Safety Cabinet, Airstream® G4 Class II Type A2 Biological Safety Cabinet, Frontier® Acela Ducted Fume Hood, Ascent™ Max Ductless Fume Hood, and Airstream® Gen 3 Vertical Laminar Flow Cabinet. These immersive activities enabled the participants to grasp the finer nuances of product functionalities, troubleshoot common issues, and master the art of conveying the unique value propositions of Esco life science equipment.

During the event, Esco LatAm team also seized the opportunity to visit various institutions in the city and engage with end users directly. They facilitated educational seminars focused on Biological and Chemical safety, leveraging their expertise in the field. The seminars emphasized the importance of the safe utilization of biological safety cabinets, laminar flow cabinet, and fume hoods. Furthermore, they highlighted the key distinctions between these equipment types, enabling end-users to make informed decisions and select the appropriate equipment that aligns with their specific applications. These efforts aimed to enhance knowledge and ensure the accurate identification and usage of safety equipment by the end-users.
